How to test the accounting module for free?

When you sign up for Kiwili, you have access to all our features (including the accounting module) during your 14-day free trial period. Here is the documentation needed to set up and use Kiwili’s advanced accounting features.

 

Price and subscription

The accounting module is available as an add-on to our paid plans at a price of $ 24.95 / month (payable annually). It replaces the purchase of a second accounting software to do your accounting. With the accounting module, you will save a lot of time, energy and money, since you do not have to enter your data into multiple software (and pay for additional third-party software licenses).

To subscribe and take advantage of the accounting module’s features, go to the “Plan” section under “Settings” and click on the “Add” button, to the right of “Accounting module”.

First of all, thanks to the self-employed and small businesses that have been supporting us since we started in 2007. Without you, Kiwili could not have gone that far.

Since our creation over 10 years ago, our team has worked actively to offer you a quality product and an excellent service. We began by offering an estimate, billing and expense management solution. We then added project management, a task module, and we now offer an wide range of integrated management tools, available on all platforms.

We have never raised our prices since we founded Kiwili and we are now adjusting our pricing to continue to offer you the best product possible:

  • Standard Plan: $12.95 (or €) per month
  • Pro Plan: $24,95$ (or €) per month
  • Business Plan:$ 59,95 (or €) per month

We will release in the next months exciting new features that will allow you to go even further in your business management.

The Invoices, Estimates, Expenses, and Projects sections are now even better than before! Read on to find out about our new functionalities and how they can help with your everyday business management.

Asked by many of you, it is now possible to choose which items will be displayed in your invoices and estimates. Go to the ‘Global Template’ section under ‘Settings’, then check or uncheck the boxes to the right for each colums (item, description, price, quantity, taxes, discount) to determine which items will be displayed in your invoices and estimates.

Quantities in Expenses

Very useful for adding mileage expenses, we now offer the opportunity to indicate a quantity in your expenses.

New Indicators in the Projects Module

In the Projects section, easily see the number of hours worked, compared to the total number of hours planned for all your projects, at a glance.

We also added a ‘Dashboard’ tab to see the progress and profitability of each project. You’ll immediately know the total amount of project invoices, expenses, associated salary costs, and real-time profit margin. Note that in order to display correct data, you must enter your hourly wage and hourly rate (as well as those of your employees, if applicable). To do so, go to the user profile.
