Organizing your work carefully is essential to making every project a success. To save you time and increase productivity, Kiwili has worked hard to develop new project management features. Here’s what’s new on Kiwili:
Kiwili has added a ‘Follow-up’ tab in the ‘Projects’ section where you can include all comments regarding your projects. By doing so, you won’t miss any details and you will be more effective in your project management.
You can also customize the format of your follow-up messages as needed by going to the “Project follow-up template” section under “Settings”.
Duplication and modification of tasks
Every minute is precious. To save you more time, we’ve added batch duplication and batch editing features for tasks. Follow these steps to accomplish this:
1 – Under “Tasks”, click on the “List” button
2 – Check on the right the tasks you wish to duplicate or modify
3 – Under “Actions”, click “Duplicate” or “Batch Edit”.
4- Check the duplicate or batch edit settings that apply (Client billable, Project, Project Step, Assigned to, Status, Remaining Work, Administrator)
5 – Save
Furthermore, when you duplicate a project, tasks associated with that particular project are now also duplicated.
